The Catholic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) on Monday, donated all its 425 health facilities to be used as isolation centres for COVID-19 patients, a decision that has received a widespread commendation from Nigerians. Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 who made the announcement added that the increased cases of coronavirus across the country was due to the fact that testing capacity has been increased in the country. Nigeria currently has a total of 4,461 confirmed cases, and 151 deaths, while 902 patients have recovered. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) had said no state in the country has enough bed spaces for COVID-19 patients, but with the recent donations, Mustapha said these would add in the Task Force committee’s support for the state governments. This comment of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, was documented from a Facebook user's time line by infowiz news agent. "I still maintain my stand, no Almajiri will be accepted in Rivers State. Rivers State and other parts of Eastern and Southern Nigeria are not dumping refuse for the North. Did you even see how they package those Almajiri?  Some of them were hidden under cows and covered with blankets and someone in Abuja will be there ordering us to accomodate such people, most especially in this COVID-19 Pandemic? That is totally unacceptable.  How many Easterners or Southerners have we package and sent to the North? Of course that is not in our blood. Let them born how many they can train, period! 'Okay so I did not realize how ungrateful I was to be alive until COVID 19 taught me a great lesson. This past two weeks fighting for my life in the hospital no be moinmoin. Let me tell you what the virus does Dry throat first. You will cough tire nothing will come out. Running nose plus better migraine The neck pain is first class It will so take away ones sense of smell you can't even perceive bleach as pungent as it is. every food will taste like shaft infact as strong as salt is couldn't taste it Then your lungs will feel like its full of water. To breath will be like you are panting for your life. Then when you call for help pray that the person is not dead before ambulance arrives. Take it easy with the garlic ginger turmeric lemon concoction ooo. It was so corrosive it was slowly peeling off my abdominal lining.
